Smart Schedules
搭配 Google 日曆的 iPhone AI 行程助理
說一句話就排好行程。Smart Schedules 是一款 iPhone App（iOS 18 以上）：從控制中心打開快速輸入，打字或說「明天下午兩點和 Joe 開線上會議」，助理就把行程加進你的 Google 日曆。
功能
- 用日常語言新增、移動或刪除行程。長期目標（例如「半年內變壯」）會拆成每週的計畫，先給你看過，按「加入」才寫進行事曆。
- 月、週、日檢視，可以連接多個 Google 帳號，每個行事曆分別顯示或隱藏。
- 行程開始前的提醒和每日摘要；長按提醒就能直接回覆、延後或改時間。
- 動態島和即時動態倒數、Siri 與捷徑，以及控制中心和鎖定畫面的控制項目。
- 不登入先試用：示範模式有範例行事曆，不需要帳號，不會連線到 AI，也不會傳送你的行事曆資料。
為什麼需要存取你的 Google 日曆
Smart Schedules 是你 Google 日曆的用戶端。它讀取你的行程，用來顯示月曆、提醒和即時動態；在你（或你要求助理）新增、修改、刪除行程時寫回 Google 日曆；並讀取你的行事曆清單，讓你選擇要顯示哪些行事曆、新行程存到哪裡。與 Google 日曆的同步直接在你的 iPhone 和 Google 之間進行；只有你允許 AI 資料分享後，相關行程才會經過我們的伺服器送到 Gemini。動態島和即時動態直接在你的 iPhone 上產生，不會上傳行程。
AI 與隱私
助理用 Google 的 Gemini API 理解你的話。點「允許」之前，不會傳送任何資料給 AI；允許後，你的請求和相關的行程會經過我們的伺服器（在 Cloudflare 上執行）送到 Gemini，伺服器不保存這些內容，你也可以隨時在 App 裡停止分享。App 不會把你 Google 帳號的 email 地址傳給 AI：有好幾個帳號時，助理只看到「Account 1」「Account 2」這類代稱。依 Gemini API 的條款，Smart Schedules 只提供給年滿 18 歲的人使用。沒有廣告、沒有追蹤，我們不出售資料。完整說明請看隱私權政策。
Smart Schedules 使用從 Google API 取得的資訊，以及將這些資訊傳輸到任何其他 App，都將遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策（Google API Services User Data Policy），包括其中的「有限使用」（Limited Use）規定。

Smart Schedules
An AI scheduling assistant for iPhone that works with your Google Calendar
Plan your day in a sentence. Smart Schedules is an iPhone app (iOS 18 or later): open Quick Capture from Control Center, type or say "online meeting with Joe tomorrow at 2 pm", and the assistant adds it to your Google Calendar.
Features
- Add, move or delete events in everyday language. Long-term goals (such as "get stronger in six months") become a weekly plan that you review first; nothing is added until you tap Add.
- Month, week and day views, with several Google accounts and each calendar shown or hidden as you like.
- Reminders before events and a daily briefing; long-press a reminder to reply, snooze or reschedule right there.
- Dynamic Island and Live Activity countdowns, Siri and Shortcuts, and a Control Center and Lock Screen control.
- Try without signing in: demo mode has sample calendars, needs no account, never contacts the AI and sends none of your calendar data.
Why Smart Schedules uses your Google Calendar
Smart Schedules is a client for your Google Calendar. It reads your events to show your calendar, reminders and Live Activities; writes to Google Calendar when you (or the assistant, at your request) add, change or delete events; and reads your list of calendars so you can choose which ones to show and where new events go. Syncing with Google Calendar happens directly between your iPhone and Google. Our server only sees calendar details you choose to share with the AI assistant. The Dynamic Island and Live Activities are created on your iPhone, with no events uploaded.
AI and privacy
The assistant uses Google's Gemini API to understand what you say. Nothing is sent to the AI until you tap Allow. After that, your request and the related events go through our server (running on Cloudflare) to Gemini; our server does not keep them, and you can stop sharing in the app at any time. The app does not send your Google account email addresses to the AI: with several accounts, the assistant sees only names such as "Account 1" and "Account 2". Under the Gemini API terms, Smart Schedules is only for people aged 18 or older. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell data. The Privacy Policy explains everything in detail.
Smart Schedules' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
